The Zarkhez-e – Asaan Digital Zarai Qarza is a tech-enabled program aimed at empowering farmers—landowners, tenants, and sharecroppers—by providing uncollateralized, short-term crop input financing through a fully digital ecosystem. Loans will be disbursed via mobile wallets and restricted to verified agro-inputs, ensuring transparent and purposeful use. By uniting government bodies, financial institutions, insurers, and agro-tech partners, Zarkhez-e seeks to enhance productivity, reduce rural financial exclusion, and uplift the livelihoods of Pakistan’s farming communities through data-driven, inclusive solutions.

زرخیز-ای – آسان ڈیجیٹل زرعی قرضہ (Zarkhez-e) ایک جدید ٹیکنالوجی پر مبنی پروگرام ہے جس کا مقصد زمین کے مالکان  اور ٹھیکے پر کام کرنے والے کسانوں کو بغیر کسی ضمانت کے فصل اگانے کے لیے مختصر مدت کا قرض دے کر ان کی مالی مدد کرنا ہے۔ یہ سارا عمل مکمل طور پر ڈیجیٹل ہوگا۔ قرض کی رقم موبائل والیٹ کے ذریعے دی جائے گی اور صرف تصدیق شدہ زرعی چیزوں جیسے بیج، کھاد، اسپرے اور ڈیزل پر خرچ کی جا سکے گی تاکہ شفافیت برقرار رہے اور رقم کا غلط استعمال نہ ہو۔ اس اسکیم میں حکومت، بینک، بیمہ کمپنیاں اور زرعی ٹیکنالوجی کے ادارے مل کر کام کریں گے۔ Zarkhez-e کا مقصد کسانوں کی پیداوار بڑھانا، اور کسانوں کی زندگی بہتر بنانا ہے، تاکہ وہ خودمختار اور خوشحال ہو سکیں۔

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Visit the official Zarkhez-e Portal.
  2. Click on the “Sign Up” button
  3. Carefully read and acknowledge the eligibility criteria
  4. Fill out the registration form with your required details.
  5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Personal Guarantee.
  6. Click “Register” to create your account.

  4. اپنی رجسٹریشن کی تفصیلات درج کریں۔

  6. “رجسٹر” پر کلک کر کے اکاؤنٹ بنائیں۔

Step 2: OTP Verification

  1. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and email
  2. Enter the OTP to verify your number and complete registration.

Step 3: Pay Application Fee

  1. Generate a PSID (Payment Slip ID) from your dashboard.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay the application fee through your preferred payment method.
  3. Once payment is successfully received, the application form will be unlocked.

Step 4: Complete Application Form

  1. Log in to the portal using your CNIC and password.
  2. Fill out the application form, which includes:
    • Personal Information (address, household size, etc.)
    • Agricultural Details (crop type, area under cultivation, water source)
  3. Use the interactive map to pin your farmland location.
  4. Click “Submit” once all details are filled in.
  5. Immediately after submission, you’ll be required to take a psychometric test.
    • Do not close or exit the test window until it is completed.

  2. فارم میں درج ذیل معلومات مکمل کریں:
    • ذاتی معلومات (پتہ، گھرانے کی تفصیلات وغیرہ)
    • زرعی معلومات (فصلیں، زیر کاشت رقبہ، پانی کا ذریعہ)
  3. نقشے پر پن ڈال کر اپنی زرعی زمین کا مقام نشان زد کریں۔
  4. مکمل معلومات کے بعد "جمع کروائیں" پر کلک کریں۔
  5. فارم جمع کروانے کے بعد آپ کو آن لائن نفسیاتی ٹیسٹ دینا ہوگا۔
    • ٹیسٹ مکمل ہونے تک اسے بند یا چھوڑیں نہیں۔

Step 5: Application Review

  1. Your CNIC and mobile number will be cross-verified with official records.
  2. The application will be reviewed by agro-tech partners for eligibility and accuracy.
  3. It will then be assessed by the partner bank for financing consideration.

  2. درخواست کا ایگرو ٹیک پارٹنرز جائزہ لیں گے۔
  3. پھر یہ درخواست منتخب شدہ بینک کو مالی جانچ کے لیے بھیجی جائے گی۔

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant is a Pakistani resident.
  • The applicant possesses a valid CNIC verified by NADRA.
  • The applicant owns or cultivates farming land not exceeding 12.5 acres in Punjab and KPK, 16 acres in case of Sindh and 32 acres in case of Balochistan.
  • The applicant’s mobile number is registered against their CNIC.
  • The applicant is between 21 and 60 years of age.

  • درخواست گزار پنجاب اور خیبر پختونخوا میں زیادہ سے زیادہ 12.5 ایکڑ، سندھ میں 16 ایکڑ، اور بلوچستان میں 32 ایکڑ زرعی زمین کا مالک یا کاشت کار ہو۔
  • درخواست دینے والے کا موبائل نمبر اس کے شناختی کارڈ پر رجسٹرڈ ہو۔
  • عمر 21 سال سے کم اور 60 سال سے زیادہ نہ ہو۔
